Ukrainian forces encountered significant military activity on multiple fronts yesterday, with 130 combat engagements reported. Russian troops launched nearly 40 attacks in the Kostiantynivka and Huliaipole directions, while Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled 22 assaults in the Pokrovsk region.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the enemy conducted one airstrike using two bombs in the Northern Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, alongside 129 shelling incidents, eight of which involved rocket artillery systems.
In the Southern Slobozhansky direction, Russian forces attempted to storm Ukrainian positions near the settlement of Zybyn.
Meanwhile, in the Kupiansk direction, two attacks targeted the locality of Kurylivka. The Lyman front saw three assaults as the aggressor attempted to breach defenses near the settlements of Stavy, Drobysheve, and Lyman.
Ukrainian defenders halted eight attempts by the enemy to advance in the Sloviansk direction, particularly around the areas of Zakittne, Riznykivka, and Platonivka.
In the Kramatorsk sector, the enemy launched two attacks near Nykyforivka and Chasiv Yar. The Kostiantynivka direction experienced 19 assaults, with Russian forces targeting the areas of Pleshchiyivka, Ivanopillia, Shcherbynivka, Kleban-Bik, Rusyn Yar, and Sofiivka, as well as the localities of Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, and Novopavlivka.
Ukrainian troops successfully repelled 22 aggressive maneuvers in the Pokrovsk direction, defending areas such as Shakhove, Myrnohrad, Rodynske, Hryshyne, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, and the settlements of Shevchenko, Serhiivka, and Novopidhirdne.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy launched five attacks targeting the areas of Ternove, Zlahoda, Vorone, and the localities of Andriivka-Klevtsove and Pryvilia.
The Huliaipole front saw 19 assaults focused on the locality of Myrne and the areas of Zaliznychnyi, Olenokostiantynivka, Hirke, and Sviatopetrivka.
One engagement occurred near Stepnohirske in the Orikhiv direction, while Ukrainian units repelled an attack near the Antonivskyi Bridge in the Dniprovsk direction.
No signs of enemy offensive group formations were detected in the Volyn and Polissia directions. Ukrainian defenders continue to effectively counteract and inflict damage on enemy forces across all fronts.
