Intelligence: Russia has intensified information operation against Ukraine

The external intelligence service recorded the transition to the acute phase of the enemy information operation conducted by Russia against Ukraine.

Details: It is reported that the purpose of the operation is to eliminate Ukrainian statehood “not on the battlefield, but in the heads of people” through the delegitimization of the Ukrainian authorities, the depreciation of democratic institutions and the imposition of an external political scenario with signs of controlled capitulation.

The operation is performed with the use of the opportunities of special services of the Russian Federation under the general coordination of the administration of Vladimir Putin.

According to intelligence, the essence of hostile operation is to impose an opinion about: under the guise of “peacekeeping initiatives” and “analytical discourse”, to impose on Ukrainian and international society:

• allegedly loss of legitimacy by the Ukrainian authorities due to non -election during martial law;
• the need for “temporary administration” under the auspices of the UN, the US, the EU, or even the “four format” from the Russian Federation;
• The impossibility of concluding a peace agreement with the Ukrainian authorities, which, according to the enemy, should be Casus Belli to change the political course.

According to scouts, Russia uses the following methods to realize its ideas:

• formally western or “neutral” media that act as proxy for Russian theses;
• anonymous telegram channels that seem to “insiders” in the Armed Forces or political leadership;
• coordinated wave of emotional videos in Tiktok and YouTube with the narratives “The event no longer supports Ukraine”, “We are deceived”, “Need changes in power”, as well as “time to change”, “Need another government for peace”;
• widespread dissemination of destructive materials with the same theses on social networks with the connection of bot networks and accounts related to pro-Russian structures in Europe and Latin America. They publish pseudocouns, statements and “analytical notes”, which call into question the powers of the Ukrainian authorities;
• citation of pro -Russian “experts” with the titles of “former diplomats”, “independent political scientists”, “UN veterans” who promote the thesis that “even the event is needed by another Ukraine”;
• The use of Ukrainian defendants in treason to legitimize narratives (including publications and comments of representatives of former pro -Russian political structures).
