Some of the witnesses in the case are judges and employees of the Berdyansk City District Court.
It is not known what bail Bogomolova paid to get out of the pretrial detention center – these court decisions have not been made public.
Earlier in September, the court set a bail of 2.4 million hryvnias for Bogomolova as an alternative to detention.
