The police of the Kyiv region are establishing the circumstances of the conflict with the shooting in Vyshnevo. As a result of a quarrel between neighbors, one of them shot the other in the leg. He writes about it UNN with reference to the message of the Police of the Kyiv region.

“On September 25, around 6 p.m., the Buchansk District Police Department received a report that one man was shooting at another in one of the courtyards of a high-rise building in the city of Vyshnevo,” the report says.

As previously established by law enforcement officers on the spot, a dispute took place between two neighbors, during which one of them pulled out a gun and shot the opponent in the leg. The victim received a penetrating wound and is currently in the hospital. It is also known that the suspect fired a shot from a registered device for firing rubber bullets.

The perpetrator was detained in accordance with Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.

“Investigators have started criminal proceedings under Part 4 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine,” the police said.
