“The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles”, — write: www.radiosvoboda.org
According to the investigation, “on November 8, around 11:50, the Russian army struck the city of Vovchansk with an FPV drone. The drone fell on the road near a car, next to which was a volunteer who travels to the city and feeds animals. The man was injured.”
The prosecutor’s office noted that the pre-trial investigation was started on the grounds of violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
“Prosecutors and police investigators are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by the Russian military,” the message emphasizes.
The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.
The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.
The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes committed by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
