In Uman in Cherkasy region, after a night attack of Russian drones, on January 28, electricity supply was violated, the head of the Cherkasy Ova Igor Taburets and the mayor of Uman Irina Pletnyova reported.

“All services work to stabilize the situation in the communal sphere as soon as possible. The headquarters to eliminate the consequences of an emergency were deployed to coordinate actions at the site. Most importantly, people are goals. And we can handle the rest, ”the Taburets wrote.

“Energy are working to restore power supply. Umanvodokanal works on generators, water is supplied to the home, sewage systems work. Umanteplocomunenergo is working to establish heat to your homes, ”the Umani head informed.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
