Svyridenko’s direct speech: “We are strengthening the network of Points of Invincibility and regulating their work in conditions of relaxation of the curfew. People should have a constant opportunity to receive help, warm up and recharge – even in conditions of frost and restoration of the power system after enemy shelling.”

Details: According to her, for this purpose, the Government adopted changes to the order of organization and operation of the Points of Invincibility. From now on, there are support points that will be able to work longer, more than 48 hours continuously, will have the necessary supply of water and electricity, stable communication, and, if necessary, equipped sleeping places.
“Support points will be deployed taking into account the number of the population. If necessary, the number of sleeping places in them can be increased,” the Prime Minister said.
The decision of the Cabinet of Ministers also determined how many people the following points should accommodate at the same time, depending on the size of the city:
- 30-100 thousand inhabitants – up to 100 people;
- 100-500 thousand — 100-300 people;
- more than 500 thousand — at least 300 people.
Svyridenko added that as of today, 10,676,000 Points of Invincibility are constantly operating throughout the country, and 130,000 people have already used them since the beginning of January. Almost three thousand more are ready to be opened if necessary.
