He said this during a seminar in the framework of command-staffing exercises for criminal prosecution for chemical, bacteriological, radiation and nuclear crimes.
“During the widespread war, nearly 3,400 Ukrainian servicemen with signs of poisoning an unknown chemical have already been provided medical care,” Weber said.
The Ministry of Defense said that command and staff exercises were held in Zhilina in Slovakia with the support of the European Commission’s Foreign Policy Instruments. The event was aimed at enhancing the capabilities in criminal prosecution for chemical, bacteriological, radiation and nuclear crimes.
The Ukrainian military was declared on the use of chemicals on the battlefield by Russian troops. The victims were not reported as a result of their use, as well as whether such use of any success by the Russian troops.
Russian authorities reject accusations of the use of chlorpikrin and other chemicals against Ukraine. Moscow has repeatedly stated that Ukraine is preparing provocation to accuse Russia of the use of chemical weapons at the front.
