On the night of December 3, the Russian military attacked Ternivka in the Pavlograd district with drones, the acting head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA, Vladyslav Haivanenko, said.

“Men aged 43 and 50 died. Three more people were injured, all hospitalized. A 65-year-old man and woman are “heavy”. The 18-year-old boy is in a moderate condition. A fire broke out. A private house was partially destroyed, another six were damaged. Mutilated garages and cars. One car was destroyed,” the message reads.

The forces of the Russian Federation also attacked the Synelnykiv district and the Nikopol region, infrastructure was damaged, but there were no reports of casualties, Hayvanenko added.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
