During the searches at the places of deployment of the military unit, in particular in its warehouses, and the residence of the person involved, law enforcement officers removed material evidence of illegal activity.
He was informed about the suspicion of a military personnel committed by a military officer committed by a military official with abuse of office, which caused significant damage done in the conditions of martial law.
The court chose a military preventive measure in the form of detention with an alternative to bail in the amount of UAH 7.7 million.
