In the Kyiv region, a kindergarten, a school, three administrative buildings, two shops, and agricultural machinery were damaged in one of the settlements as a result of falling fragments of downed Russian drones, the head of the regional military administration, Ruslan Kravchenko, said.

According to him, windows, doors and roofs were damaged in the buildings.

“The enemy does not stop nightly drone attacks on Kyiv region. The alarm lasted more than 11 hours. Air defense forces worked in the region. Enemy targets destroyed. There are no victims among the population. Hitting critical or residential infrastructure objects was not allowed,” he wrote in a telegram.

Meanwhile, the Kyiv City Military Administration reported that as a result of the morning attack by Russian drones on the capital of Ukraine, debris was recorded in the Podilsky district.

“Debris fell on the car. No fire was detected. The rest is revealed. Also in this area, windows in a non-residential building were damaged by the blast wave,” the report says.

According to the KMVA, in the Obolon district, the debris fell on an open area. “Without consequences. There was no information about the victims,” ​​the administration said.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes committed by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are targeted.
