In the Kherson region, three people were injured during Russian strikes – OVA

Russian troops fired artillery at Bilozerka in the Kherson region, as a result of which a 35-year-old man was injured, who was on the street at the time of the attack, the regional military administration reported on October 13.

“He was diagnosed with contusion, explosive and craniocerebral injuries. The “emergency” team provided assistance to the victim on the spot, he refused to be hospitalized,” the message reads.

According to OVA, as a result of another attack in Bilozerka, several residential buildings were damaged, windows were broken in 17 apartments, a garage was destroyed, and the car inside was destroyed.

In addition, OVA reported that two residents of Berislav, Kherson region, who were hit by a Russian drone on October 12, sought medical help.

“A 64-year-old man and a 61-year-old woman received mine-explosive injuries and contusions. Doctors are providing the victims with the necessary assistance,” the message reads.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes committed by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
