“It became known about the death of a man due to yesterday’s Russian shelling of Tokarivka. The body of a 52-year-old local resident was found at the site of the enemy attack, who received non-life-threatening injuries,” the official wrote in a telegram.
On the morning of November 20, Prokudin informed that two people were killed and 15 others were injured in the Kherson region due to Russian aggression during the past day.
“The Russian military attacked the critical and social infrastructure of the region; in residential quarters of populated areas of the region, in particular, five high-rise buildings and 23 private houses were damaged. The occupiers also mutilated private cars,” the head of the region said.
According to official data, Kherson and 20 other settlements in the region were under fire.
The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.
The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.
The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
