In the Kherson region, a resident of Belozerka died due to the blow of the Russian Federation – power

In Kherson region, a local resident was killed on September 14, the head of the regional military administration Alexander Proudin said.

“Due to the enemy shelling of Belozerka, a man was fatal wounded. He died on the spot from the injuries, ”the message reads.

Earlier, Proudin reported that as a result of Russian shelling of the last day in the region, one person was killed, eight more – were injured.

The UN Human Rights experts noted that in August 2025, the strikes of Russian nearby radius have caused more victims among civilians in Ukraine than any other weapon: 58 civilians were killed and 272 were injured. The August Mission report states that about 72% of all victims were recorded near the front line, in particular in Donetsk and Kherson regions.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
