The Russian government has decided to officially close 20 points of border with Ukraine from August 1, which have been established by an agreement with Ukraine since 1995. The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reminds that all border crossing points from the Russian Federation are officially closed after a full -scale invasion.

Details: The Russian Government deals with the closure of checkpoints established under an agreement between the governments of Russia and Ukraine of February 8, 1995. The list includes 13 road and 7 railways.

Demchenko’s Direct Language: “It is difficult to understand the logic of the Russians: why the aggressor state in the fourth year of the solved full-scale war has decided to declare a number of border crossing points with Ukraine.

At the same time, part of these PP is actually on the border with Ukraine within the temporarily occupied territories of Lugansk and Donetsk regions, which the Russian Federation seized in 2014 (as from PE “Donetsk” in the Rostov region on the border with Luhansk region). It is also about checkpoints in the Voronezh, Bryansk, Kursk and Belgorod regions of the Russian Federation.

In turn, it should be recalled that since the beginning of a full -scale invasion of the Government of Ukraine, all points of omission on the border with the Russian Federation have not been closed and there are no bandwidths, in particular, in the classic form, as everyone could understand for themselves. ”

Details: At the same time, Demchenko emphasized that Ukraine is still ready to ensure that any of the border plots of Ukraine, as it was, for example, in the direction of PE “Pokrovka” in Sumy region (this direction is not functioning -ed.)

“Of course, it also depends on Russia, where it is ready to provide it for Ukrainians,” the SSSU spokesman added.
