Literally: “Charter” is proud of the strong support of Kharkiv – locals, local businesses and volunteers. Kharkiv residents make up most of our division, Kharkiv residents launch and support the Charter, participate in fundraising activities and come to our events. Kharkiv is our support.

At the same time, to our surprise, the Charter does not have proper support from the city authorities. For example, we do not obtain permits for recruiting campaigns within the city. Moreover, we were shocked when we learned that the support of the unit from indifferent locals began to suppress. ”
Details: In particular, in the Charter, a series of graffiti with the slogan “Khartia” for Kharkiv “appeared on Kharkiv’s streets last month.

But they were started to destroy or paint the representatives of the utilities, which was recorded in a video that spreads on the network.

“This is reminiscent of the events of 2014, when the city also painted images with state symbols,” the military says.
The Charter is disappointed by such actions of the city authorities. We would like to remind you that in order to victory Ukraine it is necessary to maintain unity – first of all the unity of army, power and society. Such actions destroy this unity and shake our resilience in the fight against a common enemy, “the statement says.
In a comment for public Kharkiv, the City Council spokesman Yuri Sidorenko rejected the charges of the Charter.
“I do not know what a proper and improper support is. Take the same Kozheimak, who says that they had 20 million to the unit. This is Kozhemyako himself in an interview that came out on Monday at” Ukrainian Truth ” – that Kharkiv has been transferred to them.
According to him, the city does not have advertising sites to accommodate recruiting campaigns: “The cities have advertising areas? Although they talk to agencies who have areas.”
At the same time, Sidorenko does not have information about people who painted graffiti in support of the Charter.
