Details: In particular, in the Charter, a series of graffiti with the slogan “Khartia” for Kharkiv “appeared on Kharkiv’s streets last month.
But they were started to destroy or paint the representatives of the utilities, which was recorded in a video that spreads on the network.
“This is reminiscent of the events of 2014, when the city also painted images with state symbols,” the military says.
The Charter is disappointed by such actions of the city authorities. We would like to remind you that in order to victory Ukraine it is necessary to maintain unity – first of all the unity of army, power and society. Such actions destroy this unity and shake our resilience in the fight against a common enemy, “the statement says.
In a comment for public Kharkiv, the City Council spokesman Yuri Sidorenko rejected the charges of the Charter.
