The fact that the mace became an investor of the production sites of Gloria Jeans in the cities of Gukovo and Zverevo, said the governor of Rostov region Yuri Slyusar. According to him, the new investor promised to employ all employees – about 400 people. Another investor, as the locksmith said, received the right to rent the Gloria Jeans sites in Zerynograd, Salsk and the village of Yegorlitskaya. The locksmith did not name this investor.
From the end of February 2025, the owner of 21% of “Bulav” became the company “Triad-TKO”, which is part of the Kalashnikov concern and produces and supplies military equipment.
According to the newspaper, the mace already has a factory in the city of mine of Rostov region. It opened the production of a full cycle of output for “special operation participants”, which invested 200 million rubles.
Yuri Slyusar added that the rest of the Gloria Jeans sites are going on with potential investors.
The plans of Gloria Jeans to close the garment factories in two cities of Rostov region – mines and Novosakhtinsk – became known at the end of January, when Interfax reported it with reference to two sources. According to RBC Rostov, more than 1.5 thousand people worked at the factories. The State Duma deputy Kateryna Stenakina reported that Gloria Jeans could close the factories in two other cities – Gukovo and Zverevo. The locksmith stated that the authorities “will fight for every enterprise that forms the brand of the Rostov region” and negotiate with investors for the purchase of enterprises.
