Details: According to the version of the TCC, on November 8, around 00:15, a conscripted citizen T., who is a violator of the military accounting legislation, was delivered to the Ternopil TCC and SP. He does not have a deferment from the draft and reservation.

Literally TCC: “At the time of delivery, citizen T. was in a state of alcohol intoxication. Considering his condition, which made it impossible to conduct objective procedural actions regarding bringing him to administrative responsibility, he was temporarily placed in the rest room of conscripts.
Around 03:50, citizen T., while in the bathroom of the bedroom (5th floor), arbitrarily dismantled the window pane, tied his own clothes and, trying to climb down it, tripped and fell onto the roof of the dining room, which is located on the 1st floor.”
Details: The TCC stated that employees of the territorial center immediately called an ambulance, and the victim was hospitalized in the intensive care unit of the Ternopil Regional Clinical Hospital. He was given the necessary medical assistance, currently the victim is in a stable condition.
It is noted that law enforcement officers are working at the scene. An official investigation is being conducted into the incident.

However, wife of a conscriptwho fell from the window of the TCC, Tatiana told Suspilny that her husband was in the Ternopil Regional Clinical Hospital. According to the woman, he was in serious condition, but now doctors have stabilized his condition.
“He had a pneumatorex, broken ribs, broken limbs, namely a fractured pelvis and one arm, on another bruise, also a fractured collarbone. That’s what they told me in the admissions department,” she said.
The woman said that her 38-year-old husband, the father of two children, had no reprieve. On the evening of November 7, around 8 p.m., he went out to smoke and go to the store, leaving his phone at home.
“And he didn’t come back. At 10 p.m. I went out into the yard, but he wasn’t there. At night, I got a call from an unknown number and they told me that my husband was in the TCC, that he had been beaten,” the wife claims.
According to Tatyana, her husband has not consumed alcoholic beverages for 8 months.
The woman reported that she wrote a statement to the police, which she will submit on Monday, November 10.
