In Rostov-on-Don in the south of Russia, drones struck an apartment building. 13 people were injured, two hospitalized in serious condition, the temporary acting actuator Yuri Slyusar said.

According to the head of the region, several apartment buildings were damaged.

Edition 161.ru writes that smoke was visible in the city center, there are ambulances. Telegram channels publish photos of the effects of drones on an apartment building, which can see the broken glass, damage the balconies on the upper floors and part of the roof of an apartment building. Eyewitnesses say they have heard a strong and loud explosion.

The city announced air alarm and rocket danger. Rostov-on-Don is located about 150-200 kilometers from the front line in Ukraine.

After the commencement of a full -scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine, Russian regions, as well as occupied Russian territories, regularly undergo shelling and attacks of drones.

The Ukrainian side emphasizes that it is working on the weakening of the rear bases of the army of the Russian Federation to reduce the offensive potential of the aggressor.
