He later clarified the extent of the impact.

“Due to hostile shelling, there is still a significant number of residents in seven municipalities: Belgorod, Belgorod, Grayvoronsky, Krasnoyaruzky, Borisovsky, Rokytyansky and Yakovlovsky,” – said the official at 16:34.

Gladkov also reported that two men were killed in Belgorod.
