In the city of Budyonnivsk, Stavropol Krai, drones attacked an industrial zone, Governor Volodymyr Vladimirov said. The Astra Telegram channel clarifies that the target of the attack was the Stavrolen petrochemical plant, one of the leading producers of polyethylene and polypropylene in Russia.
Oil refineries were attacked in the Ulyanovsk Region and the Republic of Mari-El, Telegram channels Exilenova+, Astra and Shot write.
By the morning of October 29, a number of Russian airports resumed work after the restrictions, reported Rosaviatsia. These are the airports of Vladikavkaz, Volgograd, Gelendzhik, Grozny, Kazan, Krasnodar, Ulyanovsk, Cheboksary, Penza, Saratov, Samara, as well as Moscow’s Sheremetyevo airport.
