The injured were taken to hospitals. According to Kuznetsov, the condition of four is assessed as extremely serious, five more are in serious condition.
The explosion occurred in the afternoon of January 15. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Komi Republic reported a “roof on fire” during training sessions with personnel, and the Office of the Investigative Committee on Komi reported a “loud sound” (“clap” in Russian) in one of the premises of the center.
