In Russia, the Ukrainian serviceman Vitaliy Lutsenko was sentenced to 16 years in prison for allegedly committing a “terrorist attack” in the Kursk region.

Details: According to the Russian investigation, in October 2024, a senior soldier of the 33rd separate assault battalion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Vitaliy Lutsenko allegedly “crossed the border of the Russian Federation” together with a group of military and carried out a number of armed actions in the territory of Sudzhansky and Korenev districts of Kursk region.
