The governor of the Penza region confirmed the attack and fire on “one of the industrial enterprises”.
The direct language of Melnichenko: “There is again an attack of hostile drones on one of our industrial enterprises. There are no casualties and destruction. There is a fire on the territory of the enterprise that is being eliminated. I am at the scene where emergency response services work.”
Details: He added that “for the purpose of security” in the territory of the region introduced “temporary restrictions on mobile Internet”.
According to the official, it allegedly “helps servicemen suppress UAV.”
The Russian Defense Ministry reported that 32 Ukrainian drones were allegedly destroyed at night.
11 drones were allegedly knocked down over the Volgograd region, 5 over the Voronezh and Belgorod, 2 over the Tambov and Rostov regions and 7 over the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea.
Reference: The OEM plant mentioned on the video is the Penza Computer Electronic Machine Plant. It is now called JSC “Penza Production Association of VA Revunov Eot”.
