Details: The Ministry of National Defense Monitoring and Observation Systems have reported drones in the airspace of Ukraine, on the flight routes near the border.
In the report of the RO-Alret, sent in the morning at about 4:00, the population was informed about the possibility of falling objects from the airspace and called to find shelter. The alert lasted 90 minutes.
A similar message was sent on Tuesday night against Wednesday, after Russia attacked port infrastructure in Ukraine.
The Ministry of Defense reports that two F-16 Romania F-16 aircraft, which are part of the Air Police Combat Service, departed from the 86th Air Base at about 3:40. The planes returned to the base at about 5:00.
Data provided by Romania’s Romania Radar systems do not indicate the invasion of drones into Romania’s airspace.
