Both men face life imprisonment. The prosecutor emphasized that other persons were detained in the case, but no charges were brought against them.
Novak added that there is no request for a temporary arrest yet, so no arrest warrant has been issued yet.

- On November 18, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced that the investigation considers two Ukrainian citizens who cooperate with Russian special services to be the perpetrators of acts of sabotage on the Polish railway.
