“It (the legal text on Rosactivs – “EP”) must be of high quality. And then I hope that Belgium will change its mind – because this is a decisive card that we, as Europe, can put on the table in support of Ukraine,” the Polish minister emphasized.
“The fate of the war may depend on this decision,” he emphasized.
Sikorsky stressed that the EU “needs to convince the prime minister of Belgium” that the ongoing peace talks do not mean that a resolution on rosacea is less necessary – instead, it is more necessary.
“Only when Putin sees that Ukraine has financial support for two or three years, he will revise his conditions and limit his ambitions and become more inclined to conclude a peace agreement,” Radoslav Sikorsky is convinced.
