The building of the Palace of Culture “Machine Builders” in Pavlohrad was built in the Art Nouveau style in 1974 and was designed for 800 seats. On the outside, it was decorated by the Ukrainian artist Ivan-Valentyn Zadorozhnyi, the author of famous monumental objects, in particular stained glass windows at the Kyiv funicular station. He created a panel for the building.
