In part of Odessa, electricity and water disappeared after the attack of the Russian Federation – the authorities

The Russian military attacked Odesa at night, as a result of which there is no electricity and water in part of the city, Serhiy Lysak, the head of the city’s military administration, said.

“Odesa suffered another enemy attack. Damaged infrastructure. Electricity and water supply have disappeared in part of the city. There is no information about the victims at the moment… All relevant disaster relief services are working on the spot,” he wrote in a telegram.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

According to the latest UN data, in Ukraine in 2025, the number of civilian deaths from long-range weapons increased by 26%, and the number of wounded – by 75%.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
