Details: According to the investigation, in April 2025, a citizen addressed the serviceman of the Tax Code with a question of possible withdrawal from the search as a person who evades mobilization. After receiving this information, the serviceman, acting in plot with his acquaintances, suggested that he promises to influence $ 1,500 for $ 1,500 on the RTC officials and JV to exclude him from the search.

In the future, it raised the amount of bribe to $ 6,500. At the same time, the serviceman insisted on receiving 1,500 as an advance payment, and the rest – after removal of the person from the search by the appropriate territorial centers of acquisition.

Despite the requirements, the military appealed to law enforcement agencies and acted under their control, they say in the prosecutor’s office.

On April 18, near one of the shops in Odessa, the serviceman received the stipulated part of the undue benefit in the amount of $ 1,500.

A month later, he informed the conscript citizen that in the near future he would be removed from the search of the Bolgrad RTC and JV of the Odessa region, as well as transferred the contacts of his accomplice to further agree on the issue.

On May 26, at a parking lot near a trading facility in Odessa, a serviceman received the second part of an undue benefit in the amount of $ 5,000. After that, both suspects were detained by law enforcement.

They are currently chosen by a pre -trial detention measure with a pledge in the amount of 908 thousand hryvnias.

The possible involvement of RTC officials and JV in the crime is also established.
