In Odessa, a woman, damaged hotel buildings, Ukrposhta, Ukrtelecom – SESS were killed due to Russian attack

In Odesa region, a woman was killed on the night of September 23, three more were injured, the State Emergency Service reported.

“As a result of the attack, there was a fire in five shopping kiosks, which firefighters were promptly eliminated. The buildings of the hotel, Ukrposhta, Ukrtelecom, the House of Culture, the Admin Services Center and several cars were damaged, ”the message reads.

The head of the regional military administration, Oleg Kiper, said that the Russian troops at night attacked the civilian rockets of the civilian infrastructure of the city of Tatarbunari of Belgorod-Dnestrovsky district.

“Utility services and rescuers of the SES continue to eliminate the consequences of hostile shelling… The destruction and damage of the premises of recreation centers in the resort area are caused. In the city of Tatarbunar, which was most affected, the energy supply was partially switched off – without light about 800 subscribers. Energy are already working to eliminate the consequences and restore the power grids. Water supply did not stop, ”Cyper wrote in a telegram.

According to him, a 60-year-old was killed as a result of the attack. The head of Ova cited the data on two victims: 66-year-old and 49-year-old men.

The Air Force had previously reported that the Russian military on the night of September 23 attacked Ukraine with three ballistic missiles of Iskander-M/KN-23 and 115 drones, about 60 of whom were Shakh. According to the military, there were rockets and 12 shock UAVs on six locations, as well as a fall in debris on eight locations.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
