In occupied Donetsk teenager was sentenced to 6.5 years of colonies – accused of cooperation with the SBU

In occupied Donetsk, the Supreme Court of the DNR was sentenced to six years and six months of imprisonment of a 17-year-old resident of Dokuchaevsk in the case of treason, mediazonna reported.

According to the prosecution, from October 2023 to March 2024 the minor “fulfilled the task of the Security Service of Ukraine”. It is claimed that the teenager from his mobile phone passed the SBU information about the deployment of the Russian military. The case was considered in closed mode.

The Russian Court’s press service called only the first letter of the convicted person – C. Podlitok will serve a sentence in the educational colony.

According to the Russian Criminal Code, the educational colonies serve sentences and convicts left in educational colonies until they reach the age of 19 years. They are then transferred to “adult” colonies.
