It was previously established that for the criminal purpose the person involved in the social networks of Instagram and Telegram, which placed announcements for the sale of military ammunition and household appliances.
For the product, the woman asked for a complete prepayment on a bank card. In fact, it did not have any goods, and the money received on its own needs.
The figures declared suspicion under Part 4 of Art. 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine-a fraud committed in large sizes or through illegal operations using electronic computers.
