Literally: “A Kyiv woman called the 102 hotline and reported a fight and shooting in the Solomyansk district. A patrol crew and an investigative team immediately went to the scene.

The police established that the driver of the Porsche Cayenne collided with the VAZ car and several other vehicles at the Solomyanska Square intersection.
After that, he started behaving aggressively, swearing at the witnesses and participants of the car accident.”
Photo: National Police Details: The police reported that during the conflict, the violator punched a 26-year-old female passenger of the damaged VAZ car in the head.
The driver of the VAZ tried to stop the attacker, however, he took out a traumatic gun and fired two shots in his direction.

The patrol made administrative materials against him under Part 1 of Art. 130 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (driving while intoxicated). The man was detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and the weapon was seized.”
Details: The law enforcement officers informed the accused about the suspicion under Part 4 of Art. 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – hooliganism committed with particular audacity and with the use of an object specially adapted for inflicting bodily harm.
The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term of up to seven years.
