In Kirovohrad region, mass abuses were exposed to the enrichment of officials for 80 million hryvnias

Prosecutors of the Kirovohrad Regional Prosecutor’s Office, together with the law enforcement agencies of the region, have been informed about suspicion to 18 communities, deputies, contractors, suppliers during the last day.

• The Executive Director of PJSC “Gayvoronsky Specialized Quarry” by prior conspiracy with the chief engineer and the company’s marketer carried out illegal extraction of 42 thousand tons of minerals of national importance – migmatitis, by carrying out explosive work after completion of the subsoil permit. The damage to the environment is UAH 43 million.
• Also in the illegal felling of 225 trees, which was harmed in the amount of UAH 5 million. The official of the branch “Onykiyev forest forestry” DP “Forests of Ukraine” is suspected.
• The director of LLC took over budgetary funds during the work on repair of the road surface in the village. Ustinovka Kropyvnytskyi district.
• And as a result of improper implementation of technical supervision of these works, it has allowed to overestimate their cost. The amount of losses is UAH 1.6 million.
• The ex-head of the department of architecture of the Znamiansky Regional State Administration issued construction passports on the ownership of objects to households, resulting in a fraudulent individual by compensation from the sale of electricity at a “green tariff” in the amount of UAH 17.4 million.
• The Ketrisan village mayor illegally paid their wages to employees in the amount of UAH 3.5 million.
• Another natural person – the entrepreneur took possession of budgetary funds during the supply of coal of the educational institution of the Alexandria district, which caused losses of UAH 1.7 million.
• The Director of a small enterprise in the form of LLC in conspiracy with colleagues and entrepreneurs supplied sand at an inflated cost. Damage – UAH 1 million.
• Another director of LLC took over 77 tons of sunflower seeds, which belonged to one of the educational establishments of Kropyvnytskyi district. The amount of losses is UAH 774 thousand.
• In the director of the “Popasnyansky City Multidisciplinary Hospital”, relocated from Luhansk region, he fired budgetary funds during the purchase of medical equipment at an inflated cost. Damage to the state is UAH 438 thousand.
• The director of the company took over budgetary funds during the overhaul of the building of the city hospital № 1 in Alexandria, causing UAH 180 thousand losses to the state.
• The deputy of the Nadlatsk village council of the Novoukrainsk district included inaccurate information on the property owned by him in the amount of UAH 4.4 million to the declaration.

Investigative actions aimed at finding out all the circumstances of the criminal offenses and the completion of the pre -trial investigation are currently under criminal proceedings.
