Details: In a video published on Wednesday, inspectors try to install military accounting data from the driver. The man refuses to provide documents by appealing to the “decision of the Supreme Court”. The driver also says he wants to call a lawyer. One of the patrolmen replies that a man will be able to do so, while he is asked to get out of the car. Then the police officer tries to open the door from the inside through the open window. Then a physical confrontation begins: the man bites the patrolman, and the police officer grabs him for his hair.

The police explain that on June 25, patrolling Darnytskyi district, inspectors stopped the BMW car – the driver of which drove to the traffic signal and had a closed license plate on the car.
After checking the information about the driver, according to the databases, it was established that he was wanted by the Tax Code and JV under Art. 210 (violations of military service and military service and military service) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
Police say they reported it to the citizen, after which the latter, they say, began to be uncertain and aggressively behaved. The patrolmen reported that they were detained.
However, during the detention, the latter resisted and bit a police officer. In the end, the offender was detained by applying physical force, the patrol police said.
Inspectors made appropriate administrative materials on the man, including:
– detention protocol;
– Protocol under Art. 185 (malicious disobedience to the legal requirement of a police officer) of the Code of Administrative Offenses;
– they issued a resolution under Part 1 of Art. 121-3 (control of a vehicle with a closed license plate) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
They delivered the detainee to Darnytskyi RTC.
