Sibiga stressed that Ukraine insists on a decisive international response to Russia’s cruel blow to Kiev and other cities.
“Russia has killed at least 8 people, including a child and struck civilian infrastructure. No matter what Putin said in Alaska, his real actions reject diplomacy, dialogue and peaceful efforts,” the head of Ukrainian diplomacy emphasized.
