Law enforcement officers detained a man who staged a shooting in the courtyard of an apartment building in the Podilskyi district of the capital in the morning of July 23.

Territorial unit operatives, an investigative team and patrol officers arrived at the scene.

The shooter was promptly searched and detained. A 35-year-old man was a violent order. He explained that he fired a car with traumatic weapons due to a conflict with the driver that occurred the day before. Investigators were seized.

It is noted that the owner of the vehicle was not injured.

On this fact, criminal proceedings under Part 4 of Art. 296 (hooliganism committed with the use of weapons) of the Criminal Code. The sanction of the article provides for up to 7 years in prison.
