Two people were injured in the morning of December 28 by the forces of the Russian Federation from a rocket salvo system, Yaroslav Shanko, the head of the Kherson MBA, reported.

“There are “arrivals” in private houses and high-rise buildings. There were several fires. Critical infrastructure facilities were damaged, causing interruptions in electricity and water supply in the city. At the moment, it is known about two injured people. Communal workers quickly began to eliminate the consequences of this devastating attack. Social workers of the Kherson City Military Administration are visiting all addresses where there is damage,” the official said.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
