Russian troops fired on the Dnieper district of Kherson on artillery on April 4, resulting in a damaged building of the hospital, a multi -storey building, as well as one person was injured, said Roman Mrochko, the head of the city military administration.

“After 15:00, Russian troops from the temporarily occupied Left Bank began shelling of the Dnieper district. Under the blow was the territory near the healthcare facility. Neighboring high -rise buildings were damaged. The hospital itself was injured. In particular, in one of the branches beaten windows and facade. The enemy released about 10 shells, ”Mrochko wrote in the telegram.

According to him, a 76-year-old man was injured at about 3:30 pm.

“He was taken to hospital with acubrotrauma, wounding of the occipital region and multiple feet. The condition of the victim is moderate. The man refused hospitalization, ”the MBA chairman added.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.

In the UN, 413 civilians were killed in Ukraine since the beginning of the year, and more than 2000 were injured in the first three months of 2025, the number of victims increased by 30% compared to the same period last year.
