In Kharkiv, the head of the district territorial center of acquisition and social support (TCC and JV) and his deputy was removed from the performance of official duties for the time of the investigation due to the tragic case, according to the Operational Command “East”.

According to the military, on May 12, a civilian was killed in the city of RTC in Kharkiv.

“Death came as a result of falling from the window of the third floor of the administrative building. The commander of the troops of the operational command “East” has been appointed official investigation into the actions of servicemen during the tragic case and to clarify all the circumstances that preceded it, ” – said in OK East.

It is known that investigative actions are currently underway, according to their previous conclusion-a 39-year-old man committed suicide by jumping out of the window.

«Criminal proceedings were opened under Part 1 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine with the note “Suicide”, the relevant materials were sent to the State Bureau of Investigation to check the actions of servicemen and employees of the Tax Code and JV, ” – concluded in OK” East “.

In the Kharkiv CCC, the military has already been reacted – the military deny rumors of violence and called on to refrain from spreading untested information.

“The man was without documents, he did not provide information about himself, and also refused to go to the police department. Instead, the citizen voluntarily agreed to go to the premises of the shopping center and the joint venture. No illegal acts against a citizen were done, ”the publication said.

This is not the first message about the death of men in the premises of the shopping center. At the beginning of September 2024, a 53-year-old resident died in Svalyava in Transcarpathia in Transcarpathia.

Earlier, on February 7, a 32-year-old man died in Bukovina in the premises of the Regional Territorial Center. The man was immediately assisted, called doctors – but during the intensive care, doctors stated the death of the man. An investigation is conducted.

A man of 1977 died in the Kremenchug District Territorial Center of Acquisition and Social Support, reported on March 3, Poltava Regional TCC and JV.

In Ukraine of February 24, 2022, martial law was introduced. At the same time, they announced a general mobilization, which occurs mainly through territorial centers of staffing and social support (TCC and JV). Since then, the Verkhovna Rada has extended the duration of martial law and mobilization every three months.
