“Five women and two men – all in a moderate condition, suffered explosive injuries and a stress reaction. One 85-year-old woman needed hospitalization, she is provided with all the necessary help at the hospital,” the head of the region said.
The mayor of Kharkiv Igor Terekhov informed that a fire broke out in the five-story building hit by “Shakhed”. “The three upper floors have already burned down,” the mayor said around 3:30 p.m.
“As soon as the fire is extinguished, we will involve communal services and volunteers to close the window openings in order to preserve the heat in the surviving apartments, because it is minus 20 degrees outside. We will also take measures to resettle people who lost their homes as a result of this shelling,” the head of the region added.
The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian cities and civilian infrastructure in all regions of Ukraine with various types of weapons – strike UAVs, missiles, anti-aircraft missiles, anti-aircraft missiles.
