At least nine people were injured as a result of the morning Russian strike in the Saltov district of Kharkiv on July 11, said Oleg Synigubov, Head of the Regional Military Administration.

“Among the victims are two men and seven women. One person was injured in glass, the rest have an acute response to stress. Everyone is in a light condition. Doctors provide the necessary assistance, ”the message stated.

Mayor of Kharkiv Igor Terekhov said that “in the morning explosions there was a maternity hospital where there were women with infants.” “Now we will evacuate them to another medical institution. Fortunately, none of them was injured, ”the mayor wrote.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
