In Hungary, a man who planned an attempt on Orbana was detained

The Hungarian Prosecutor’s Office reported the detention of a man who tried to organize the murder of Prime Minister Viktor Orban.

Details: As the investigation was established, the detained in July 2025 posted on the network the call to find the “best hired killer” for Orban and promised to pay for it in forints or other currency.

Hungarian law enforcement officers set the man’s identity, detained him and took into custody. He was later questioned as a suspected crime of preparation for murder with aggravating circumstances.
