They created a page in one of the social networks and closed Telegram channel, where they offered photo and video materials for money with a pornographic character with the participation of a 11-year-old boy.
In addition, the woman handed her young son to a foreigner for his sexual exploitation.
The mother was judged by a number of articles-part 2 of Article 156 (corruption of minors), part 4 of Article 301-1 (manufacturing, distribution and sale of child pornography), part 2 of Article 304 (involvement of minors in unlawful activity), part 3 of Article 149 (trade of a minor child) and articles) and articles.
The woman was sentenced to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property. She pleaded her guilt in full. Until the sentence enters into force, the woman will be in custody.
Her eldest son was judged for the production, distribution and sale of child pornography-parts 2, 3, 4 of Article 301-1 of the Criminal Code. He was assigned a punishment of 5 years in prison with a probation for 2 years.
Regarding the accomplice of mother and son, the trial is still ongoing. He is accused of part 4 of Article 301-1 of the Criminal Code. The man is threatened with up to 15 years in prison.
