“On Sicheslavska Naberezhnaya, an unknown man behaved aggressively, grabbed passers-by and stabbed a 17-year-old boy in the arm with a knife,” the police reported.
Police officers on patrol, as indicated, quickly detained the intruder and called the investigative and operational team of the police.
“The 37-year-old suspect was detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. On September 17, investigators informed the man of the suspicion of committing a criminal offense provided for in Part 4 of Article 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine,” the message reads.
