You submit an application and wait 72 hours, then the answer comes individually to each applicant’s personal office,” he wrote in a telegram.
The Ministry of Economy specified that the heads of critical enterprises and enterprises that provide for the needs of the Defense Forces can again book employees through the “Diya” portal, but the reservation for company branches and for final beneficiaries is not yet available.

The Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, the Minister of Justice of Ukraine Olha Stefanishyna reported that on December 19, the largest external cyber attack on the state registers of Ukraine took place. According to her, because of this, the work of state registers under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has been temporarily suspended. The initial recovery time will be approximately two weeks.
On December 19, the Minister of Justice Olha Stefanishyna announced the most extensive external cyber attack on the state registers of Ukraine in recent times. As a result of the targeted attack, the work of state registers was temporarily stopped.
Stefanishyna said that the hacking of the Ministry of Justice registers did not affect other state information systems, although the Diya application “did not work in the part that is formed from data” from the Ministry of Justice registers. Also, according to her, there is no threat of loss of data or loss of functioning of registers.
After that, some services did not work in the “Action” application.
