In Chernobayivka, a child was injured due to Russian attack, said Alexander Proudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

“At about 10:00, the occupiers fired at a residential building from artillery. A 11-year-old boy was hit by a stroke, ”he wrote in a telegram.

According to him, the child was injured, a fragile wound of the shoulder, an explosive and closed traumatic brain injury. The boy is in the hospital.

According to the Office of the Prosecutor General, 648 children were killed in Ukraine in Ukraine, and another 2125 were injured.

According to the United Nations, in 2025, more than 60% of all killed and injured among civilians were in frontline areas, mainly as a result of Russian artillery shelling, RSSV strikes, the use of airbombs and drones of near action.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
