A 49-year-old civilian who was carrying a post office suffered in a border village in Novgorod-Siversky community in Chernihiv region due to an attack by the Russian FPV-Drone, said the head of the regional military administration Vyacheslav Chaus.

According to him, the man has fragile wounds. “He is from Sumy region. The car is damaged. The man is in the hospital, ”Chaus said.

He reported that in the past 24 hours, the Russian military had inflicted 28 beats of 15 settlements in the region, beating from artillery, mortars, using drones and FPV-pates.

The shelling has damaged or destroyed people’s homes, administrative buildings and outbuildings in Novgorod-Siverskaya and Semeniv communities, added Ova chairman.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
