Details: Gladkov stated that as a result of the “arrival of an unidentified munition” in Belgorod, a civilian was injured and power outages began. A truck was also damaged, windows were broken in two private houses.
“There are still problems with the supply of electricity in parts of Belgorod and Belgorod District. All emergency and operational services are working on the ground. Power engineers are restoring the power supply,” the governor wrote.
At the same time, the Belgorod edition “Pepel” reported that a Russian aerial bomb fell near the electrical substation on Storozhova Street in Belgorod.
“That is why, before the explosion in the city, the missile danger alarm did not go off and there were no warnings about the flight of the unmanned aerial vehicle,” the publication notes.
In addition, according to “Pepla”, before the explosion, residents heard the hum of a plane flying in the direction of the border with Ukraine.
